Logged onto my Mac, opened VMware Fusion, then opened Windows so I could open Quicken. However, all my program icons had disappeared. Searched for Quicken and can't find it on my computer anywhere. Can anybody help me? Thanks!

Could be a virus in Windows. You could try running a virus cleaning program in Windows. It wouldn't affect the Mac side.
