While installing parallels 6.0 on my Mac OS X an error message appeared saying that Windows 7 requires a minimum of 512 mb of ram and I only had 328 mb of ram available. I was able to adjust the allotted ram, but now find that parallels will freeze when using applications from Microsoft office. Why would I not have enough available ram? How can I fix this so that the computer performs better and does not freeze?

Did you add alot too much RAM to the virtual machine? That can definately slow things down. How much RAM to you set to the VM, and how much RAM in the Mac?
