I cannot get my Office 2003 to work - it worked at first for about 3 months but after doing updates it stopped working - I can type a word document and print it, but when I try to save it - it shuts down the program.

Does Word shut down or does Parallels shut down? If Word shuts down, it's likely a problem within Windows.
