Jut got permission to get a mac at work. All fine except for this

How do I access a hidden folder on a windows server. The path is

Server\Users$\account name

I can load the server fine but i can't see the hidden folder.

Anything that IT have to do on there side?

There is no folder... its just gone. It is not a problem with permissions. I cant see the folder in any way...

Please help
