In our office there are three network users

2 x apple computers with Lion operating systems
1 x window computer

we all connect and work off files located on the TS-QVH4.0TL/R6 Buffalo TeraStation Pro Quad NAS server 4 TB

The two apple users on occasion cannot see certain folders while the window user can see the folder. We have checked the file permissions and the folders are set to share.

They also have an issue with the 'save as' function, when they go to save as the folder that they wish to save in disappears. Again it is visible on the Microsoft computer.
