Some time back my laptop was stolen so I migrated over to mac. Earlier I had a windows laptop and luckily I had a few months prior saved the Microsoft Outlook 2007 PST files to a external hard drive.

What I need to do now is take those PST files and convert them to MBOX files for Apple mail.

I have done some reading online, totally over my head, so what I would love is a trusted application that would do it for me, or a simplier work around than what I am finding.

Any help and guidance you can offer is most appreciated.

There's a Windows utility called O2M (for Outlook to Mail) from Little Machines. You run it on Windows to convert the Outlook email folders, move the converted files to the Mac, then import them from within Apple Mail (File menu, Import Mailboxes).

Let us know if it works.

I have iCloud, Gmail & Outlook accounts, and use them all for different reasons. I tend to use iCloud for personal email, as I have an old .mac account I still use.

By the way, the best program for marketing, SEO and SMM for me - it a XRumer 12.0.9 Elite :)
