As I have started using Ms office 2011 for mac, I want to transfer all my email and other mail boxes from apple mail to outlook 2011.

I have used other options to transfer but there seems no direct way to transfer these emails.
Is there any other solution available, easy and quick, that can solve this issue?

There is a simple way, though it can be a lot of work with a lot of messages:

1. Create folders in the Finder to represent your mailboxes.

2. Drag individual messages from Mail to the Finder folders. Unfortunately, you cannot drag multiple messages at once -- you have to drag them one at at time.

3. Drag the messages from the Finder to the appropriate mailboxes in Outlook.

If the above doesn't work out, or you have huge amount of emails to to transfer then you can opt either of the following:-

First
Is you mail account using IMAP? You don't need to do anything if it is the case.

Other than that you could use Mail to export your mailboxes, and import them in Outlook with the text option (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2413370/en scroll to the bottom of the page).

Second

If you are comfortable with the use of application then here is one that I have used and have been successful with it every time

Apple mail to outlook

Or you can google search here for the best results: Export Apple Mail to Outlook for Mac 2011

Thank you

Thank s for the support nd the solutions.
I got mail exporter pro, it did the job pretty well and quick too.
All my emails are migrated now with all the attachments in them and the folders the emails were in intact and perfectly in their places.

Thanks for help once again.
