Shared files on Mac lose permissions after modification by windows pc.
Word files that are shared on a mac (osx10.6) with sharing permissions of Everyone - Read & Write, are accessible on windows pc ok. However, when the files are opened modified & saved the sharing permissions change to "Special" and the windows pc can no longer open them. Resetting the permissions from the mac enables the windows pc to open them again but as soon as the are modified & saved from the pc they are not accessible again.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
