Still using Snow Leopard. I set up Outlook 2011. It imported all folders from Apple Mail EXCEPT those "On my MAC" but above the folder marked "inbox". How can I import those remaining folders?

You might be able to find some third party tools for that, but Outlook
doesn't have any proper built-in option for that kind of thing and drag
and drop to the Finder then to Outlook would be awfully tedious.

Look here:- Switch from Apple Mail to Outlook 2011

Or you can search on google or yahoo for more results.

I hope this helps you
