| Post subject: | I rebuilt my database in Outlook and have multiple messages |
I had an issue with outlook and was asked to rebuild my database. I'm now getting copies of all the messages that I send in my sent folder. I've also gotten some copies of older messages in my inbox. I think this is because I now have multiple Identities in my Office 2011 Identities file folder. If I delete my old identities, will I have any issues or will this solve my issue of having multiple messages in my sent folder. Thank you. Kirk |
