Saw this great tip (see below) on the site and was wondering if there were any more details on how Sync'Em along with's Exchange Hosting service were configured to sync Outlook's calendar with Google Calendar.

Specifically, how can Exchange hosting be configured and used for calendar syncing while continuing to use your existing Google mail address? In other words, is it possible to use Exchange to sync the calendars w/out any email interaction for forwarding?

Outlook 2011 doesn't yet have the ability to sync with iCal, but George Watson found a way to get it to sync with Google Calendar:

I found a way to sync Outlook 2011 with my Mac and Google Calendar. No problem! I love this program! I used Sync'Em along with's Exchange Hosting service. It's only $4/month. For the cost of a coffee I thought it was worth it! Sync'Em is $50 one-time fee.
