I've always thought that the Address Book / Contact List is fine for personal use, but not very clever for business use. Our company works with other companies - not individuals. Is there any way to link data pertaining to individuals to the organisations they work for?

For example, once I've entered all the details for John Smith working for the Local Authority, including the address and telephone number of the local authority, how do I then enter the details for Jane Doe, working for the same local authority and her 18 or so colleagues?

Is there no alternative to doing this 20 times?

When the local authority move to new a building, do I then have to update the data pertaining to all 20 individuals? Or is there a cleverer way of doing this?

Is the 'Business Manager' add-on available for the Mac, and if it is, would it solve my problem?
