You can do this with the help of google mail IMAP account.
Firstly setup a Gmail account in mac outlook 2011 and also in windows outlook. Then drag and drop messages to Gmail and then in windows download your messages for outlook.

Or you can go for application approach. There are various applications available for this problem. Have look at one I know:-

If you are unable to move your emails from MAC Outlook 2011 to Windows Outlook 2010 with manually process, then I would like to suggest a third party conversion application. It is well known as Kernel for OLM to PST Converter that can very quickly move or transfer your desire emails from MAC Outlook 2011 to Windows Outlook 2010 without losing original data.
