Hello,

I hope I can explain well.
At my job, we have a few Mac's. They use Outlook for Mac. One user tried to send a large file /mail and it wouldn't send. But it also didn't end up in Drafts, Sent items or Outbox. So you don't know if it has been sent and you also can't find it hasn't been sent. She did see the progress bar running....

The weird thing is that she tried some stuff and eventually figured out that it had to do with the attachment, but it wasn't too large for our servers. She tried to send a .PSD and it was only 6,6 MB.

I was wondering why this happened. Hard to find any anwers on Google ;-)

If you need more information, don't hesitate to ask.

Thank you
