Hi everyone

I just installed Outlook 2011 on my mac.

I entered my Exchange account details, and connected successfully.

When I launch the application, it downloads the emails apparently, but yet nothing appears, and the screen remains blank and empty (see attached screenshot).

Actually, all the files are empty, even though it says "all files are up-to-date.

I rebooted the coputer, the application... I restarted the coputer in safe mode to empty the cache... I am really clueless on what I should do next - please help!

thanks a lot !!

Can you tell us what version of OS X you have?

And have you updated Outlook/Office to the lastest versions?
