Does anyone know how to make my iPhone and iPad see all of email messages? I limited to view 200. For example if I want to see an email someone sent me a few months ago- I can see on entourage and outlook from a desktop but can not retrieve off of my iPad and iPhone unless it is in the 200 emails

If it's an IMAP account, you can't get more than 200 (as far as I know).

If it's an Exchange Server mail account, the setting is in Days to Sync, and can be changed to No Limit. See this Apple article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2723

Open the account settings:

Settings > Mail, Contacts & Calendars > Your Gmail Account

And change 'Mail Days to Sync' from 3 days, to 1 month.

Or you can have a look at this link here: http://email.about.com/od/iphonemailtip ... s-Mail.htm

I hopr this helps you
