CME Software Support offers a utility called Outlook to Entourage (US $15) that transfers email, address book, contacts and calendar to your a Mac's Entourage account. Outlook to Entourage converts the Outlook PST file into an Entourage-compatible format, and will create an Entourage account just like the Outlook account.
