We have an AD group that we add to the "Allow Administration By" field, and this has always worked fine to allow technical staff to have admin access to our MACs on AD. We would like to use this to add the owner of the machine as an admin, without having to make them log in first. But this does not work, and I have never seen a reason why. Has anyone else been successful with this?
