GroupLogic has released activEcho 2.5, an update to the secure, enterprise file sharing and syncing solution for any OS. The update focuses on storage administration, security and compliance, scalability and deployment, end-user functionality and enhanced integration, according to the company. Unlike a browser-based solution like DropBox, activEcho 2.5 is managed, controlled, and monitored by IT. New features and improvements include:

The ability to re-assign a user's content ownership to another user or administrator
